There are limited options in Waikaia itself. See About Waikaia.
There is also accommodation at Gore 54 km east and Lumsden 52 km west. Accommodation options include:

Camping
There is also a camping ground at Piano Flat 23 km north of Waikaia. The facilities here include: Toilets, Barbecues, Picnic Tables, Water from stream.
Event HQ
In addition there will be basic camping at no cost for competitors and helpers at the event HQ itself. There will be portable toilets and water available but otherwise competitors will be expected to cater for themselves. As well as the event meal (which is included in the entry fee) there will (depending on requirements) be an evening meal on the Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning. This will be at an additional cost.
This will be available on Friday February 10th from approximately 4 PM through to Monday 13th at 10 AM.
